MITCHELL — After years of hard work and dedication, Friday marks the time for hundreds of students to walk across the stage of the World's Only Corn Palace, marking their graduation from Mitchell Technical College and the beginning of their next phase in life.

This year's celebration features three separate ceremonies.

Students in the Energy Production & Transmission and Engineering Technologies programs will walk beginning at 11 a.m, Agriculture & Transportation Technologies and Construction & Manufacturing Technologies students will hit the stage at 2 p.m., while Business & Service Industries and Health Sciences students will celebrate at 5 p.m.

11 a.m.: Energy Production & Transmission and Engineering Technologies

This ceremony features students graduating from the following studies:

A constantly evolving technical college
Though the proposal passed in committee, one lawmaker questioned why Mitchell Technical College was asking for $5 million when it hadn't yet exhausted all fundraising options.
