MITCHELL — City crews will continue removing excess snow along the edges of Mitchell streets throughout Thursday and into the upcoming week.

According to city officials, the streets that will be widened during this round of snow removal include roads between Burr and Ohlman streets stretching from Hanson Avenue to Norway Avenue.

At noon on Thursday, crews began working on streets between Ohlman and Thunderbird Drive near Lake Mitchell. City officials say crews will then move to widen streets from Pebble Beach Road to Kemper Drive.

The city is requesting all vehicles be removed from streets in the respective areas crews will be working on over the next several days.
