City crews to widen additional Mitchell streets from Thursday into next week

Work will begin Thursday

The city of Mitchell will continue to widen the streets Thursday and clear excess snow left from the recent series of snow events.

City officials say crews will be clearing snow on streets between Miller Avenue and Rowley Street, along with Havens and Norway avenues.

Crews will also be widening streets between Eighth and 15th avenues. In addition, streets between Main and Capital streets will be widened.
