To the Editor:
I would like to commend all of the people of Davison County who met with my staff assistant, Carmyn Egge, during a recent Outreach Day in Mitchell to give their comments on upcoming legislation. Following her visit, Carmyn updated me on the information and feedback that she received from Davison County citizens.
Carmyn also had the opportunity to talk with several business and community leaders while visiting the Davison County area. She met with city and county officials and toured LifeQuest.
These Outreach Days help me maintain communication with local communities regarding their local needs and concerns. Much of this information is also very helpful as we draft legislation that will affect the citizens of South Dakota.
