Mitchell residents will get a first-hand look at a lake restoration plan Tuesday night.
During a forum from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Mitchell Technical Institute's Technology Center, water quality specialists Fyra Engineering will present their findings from a study of Lake Mitchell.
The discussion will address water quality maganement in the watershed and within the lake, and the city encourages the public to attend.
