South Dakota Highway Patrol troopers will conduct sobriety checkpoints in several South Dakota Counties during the month of July.
The monthly checkpoints are used as a way to discourage motorists from drinking and driving. In July, the Highway Patrol plans to hold 22 checkpoints in 25 counties.
These area counties are Charles Mix, Hanson and Jerauld.
