SIOUX FALLS (AP) -- A state prison inmate out on work release is accused of sexually assaulting a 30-year-old Sioux Falls woman after pushing his way into her home.
According to media reports, 28-year-old Henry Anfinson of Sioux Falls is charged with second degree rape and first degree burglary.
Officer Sam Clemens says the woman was home alone with her two children, ages 1 and 4, and was talking on the phone when she heard a knock at the door.
The woman says that when she opened the door, she recognized the man as the ex-cellmate of her ex-boyfriend. She says Anfinson pushed his way through and went into the bathroom.
Clemens says the incident stopped when the woman's kids knocked on the bathroom door.
