Listed below are some of the schedule changes for the Good Friday holiday, and for Easter weekend.
Mitchell Technical Institute: MTI will be closed today. Regular office hours will resume Monday.
Dakota Wesleyan University: DWU is currently on spring break until Monday. Campus offices will be closed today and office hours will resume at 8 a.m. Monday. The McGovern Library and Java City will reopen on Monday.
Mitchell Public Library: The library will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, and closed on Sunday. Regular hours of 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. will resume on Monday.
Garbage collection schedule: Today's garbage collection by the city of Mitchell street and sanitation department will begin at 7 a.m. and be completed by noon. The city's regional landfill will close at noon today. Dependable Sanitation will follow the city schedule for recycling.
