DELL RAPIDS (AP) - One of the detour signs for a state Highway 115 reconstruction project near Dell Rapids has a peculiar look.
The Argus Leader reports that the silhouetted emblem of South Dakota on the sign is upside down.
State Transportation Department engineer Travis Dressen says it's up to a project contractor to line up the fabricator for detour signs.
Dressen says mistakes can and do happen.
