Herbert Francis Hoffman, 78, Platte, died Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2006, at McKennan Hospital, Sioux Falls.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Olive Presbyterian Church, Platte. Burial will be in Platte City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Platte Funeral Chapel, Platte, with a 7 p.m. prayer service.
