Harold Quincy Dobbin, 79, Reliance, died Sunday, July 2, 2006, at Avera McKennan Hospital, Sioux Falls.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at Hilltop United Methodist Church, Sioux Falls. Visitation with the family present will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
