A Guatemalan man was arrested May 7 on Interstate 90 in Mitchell for allegedly attempting to hide his identity from law enforcement.
Silvestre Lopez-Martin, 20, is charged with false personation with the intent to deceive law enforcement and driving without a license as a result of a traffic stop by state Highway Patrol trooper John Lord on I-90 near mile marker 331.
