Gregory School District's two winning candidates from its Tuesday night election were Sharon Pedersen and Karen Timmanus.
Pedersen received 392 votes and Timmanus received 297. Losing candidates were incumbent Chris VanDerWerff, who received 182 votes, and Rod Vosika, who received 91 votes.
Pedersen and Timmanus will be sworn in during the July board meeting and serve three-year terms. Approximately 33 percent of registered voters hit the polls in Gregory. Residents of Mount Vernon, meanwhile, re-elected Kenneth Martish to their city council Ward 3 position. Martish received 16 votes and Mike Kluth received seven.
