Governor requests flags at half-staff to honor Terry Redlin

PIERRE -- Gov. Dennis Daugaard has requested that all flags in the state be flown at half-staff from 8 a.m. until sunset on Friday to honor the life of Terry Redlin.

PIERRE - Gov. Dennis Daugaard has requested that all flags in the state be flown at half-staff from 8 a.m. until sunset on Friday to honor the life of Terry Redlin.

The iconic South Dakota artist passed away on Sunday at age 78. Public visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday at the Redlin Art Center in Watertown.
