PIERRE - Former state legislator Robert Sivertson of Sioux Falls died Tuesday.

Sivertson, 91, was elected in 1970 to the state House of Representatives. He served three terms.

Gov. Dennis Daugaard has ordered flags to fly half-staff at the State Capitol on Monday, Sept. 19, the day of Sivertson's funeral.
