FREEMAN - One person was injured and arrested Tuesday following a one-vehicle rollover crash south of Freeman.
Joshua Krull, 26, of Freeman, suffered minor injuries Tuesday and was arrested for DUI after crashing a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 about 1 mile south of Freeman, according to the South Dakota Department of Public Safety.
At about 9:30 p.m., Krull was traveling northbound on 435th Avenue when the vehicle drifted into the east ditch, just north of 279th Street, and rolled.
Krull was not wearing a seat belt and was taken to a hospital by his parent, authorities said.
Krull was placed in the custody of the Hutchinson County Sheriff's Office, and charges are pending. The South Dakota Highway Patrol investigated the crash.
