Jon Dagel of Florence, South Dakota, is the man who successfully bid $102,000 for a South Dakota bighorn sheep license.

The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Department confirmed his identity today. GFP Secretary Jeff Vonk said the license was issued to Dagel on April 22. The license was auctioned by the Midwest chapter of the Wild Sheep Foundation. A video of the auction can be found at http://www.fnawsmnwi.org/index.html on the Internet.
