No one was injured when a pickup truck caught fire Friday afternoon in Mitchell.
A 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 caught fire due to an engine malfunction, according to Mitchell Fire Battalion Chief Ben Vanden Hoek.
Firefighters received the call at 12:17 p.m. and responded to the fire at the intersection of Foster Street and Shanard Road. Vanden Hoek said the fire took under a minute to extinguish.
