An Ethan man has been accused of sexually abusing three children between the ages of 7 and 11 while he was high on meth, according to court documents.
Margarito Garza, 34, was arrested on Sept. 30 for three counts of first-degree rape; three counts of sexual contact with a minor under 16; and three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. He will have a preliminary hearing on Friday, Oct. 9, in Davison County.
Court documents say officers received a complaint that Garza was sexually abusing three children at his residence in Ethan. The complaint also stated the sexual contact had been going on for over a year.
When officers interviewed Garza, he allegedly admitted to touching all three girls.
First-degree rape is a Class C felony, punishable upon conviction by life in prison and a $50,000 fine.
