The Ethan Pride and Betterment Committee is sponsoring the annual Turkey Bingo. This event will be Thursday at the Ethan American Legion Hall. The doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and bingo begins at 7 p.m. Each bingo wins a turkey and bingo cards are $5. Participants are encouraged to bring a canned good to donate to the local food pantry. A free dessert or refreshment ticket will be given for each donation. There will also be a ham giveaway. Signups are at the local businesses in Ethan and you must be present to win.
The fifth-annual Team Mathis Benefit will be Nov. 29 at the Ethan Legion Hall. The pork loin meal will begin at 6:30 p.m. Bingo and poker will begin at 8 p.m., with signup for the poker tournament ending at 7:30 p.m. Drawings for raffle prizes will be held during the intermissions of the tournament and there will also be a silent auction. The Team Mathis committee will gladly accept donations of bingo or raffle prizes.
