Mitchell High School speech and debate team member Alexis Little Bear was a first place finisher at the recent Lincoln Silverbowl Tournament. The tournament was held in a virtual format.
Little Bear took first place in Honors Novice Oratory at the tournament. Other team members who placed at the competition included:

Joe Gebel took third place in International Extemporaneous.
Iris Anderson took fifth place in Informative Speaking.
Ellie Hart took fifth place in Novice Oratory.
Jaclyn McMillen took fifth in Program Oral Interpretation.
