The 2020 South Dakota Health Occupation Students of America State Leadership Conference was held virtually this spring. Mitchell Career Technical Education Academy HOSA had 90 students participate in the conference.

Students competed in various events, took online tests and submitted projects to judges via Google file sharing. Top-10 MCTEA state finishers are listed below.

The top-three placewinners in each event qualify to complete at the HOSA International Leadership Conference June 24-27. The conference was slated to be held in Houston, Texas, but will be held virtually.
