East Spruce Street in Mitchell will be closed between Burr Street and Mall Drive for street and utility improvements starting at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
Cars should use the detour route on Highland Way to Mall Drive and truck and trailers to use detour route one mile south of Spruce street with is 256th to 411th Avenue.
The time period is estimated to be seven weeks.
