East Fifth Avenue, from Main Street to Burr Street, in Mitchell will be closed beginning at 7 a.m. Monday.
Please have all vehicles removed from the street. Access to the street will not be allowed and no through traffic will be allowed. Streets will be closed until construction is complete.
Alternative routes will need to be utilized.
