Donald E. Plunkett, 79, Huron, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007, at McAllen Medical Center, McAllen, Texas.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at American Lutheran Church, Huron, with the Rev. Steven Brandsrud officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery, Huron, with military rites by the Huron Veterans Council. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Welter Funeral Home, Huron, with the family present from 7 to 8 p.m. Visitation will resume prior to the service at the church Friday.
