The Mitchell High School Speech and Debate team brought home a number of accolades from a pair of recent tournaments.
The team placed three members at the Rapid City Penguin Classic, which was held in a virtual format Jan. 8 and 9.
Jaclyn McMillen took second place in Program Oral Interpretation

Liam Semmler took fourth place in Varsity Original Oratory
The team also placed nine members at the Central Forensics Conference Tournament recently.
