The Davison County Commission will discuss its strategic plan for 2018 at Tuesday's meeting.
The five-person board will meet at 9 a.m. at the Davison County North Offices. Commissioners will consider an array of items, including courtroom lighting and highway project bids.

The commission will consider the following items:
• 9 a.m.: Call the meeting to order, conduct the Pledge of Allegiance, consider approving minutes from the previous meeting, call for citizen input and hear board reports.

• 9:15 a.m.: Acknowledge the welfare report.
• 9:20 a.m.: Meet with Director of Physical Plants Mark Ruml to discuss third floor courtroom lighting.
• 9:45 a.m. Open and consider awarding highway supply and project bids.
• 10:15 a.m.: 2018 strategic planning.
• 10:45 a.m.: Miscellaneous motions brought to the board, bills, timesheets and an operating transfer.
