MURDO — A warrant has been issued for a Mission man who allegedly broke into a Murdo restaurant in December.
Juan Colombe, 27, is charged with the Dec. 10 burglary of the Rusty Spur Steakhouse, and a no-bond arrest warrant was issued on March 6.
According to the criminal complaint filed against him, Colombe, armed with a firefighting tool, damaged the steakhouse's window and cash register.
Colombe is charged with two counts of first-degree burglary and one count of intentional property damage valued between $400 and $1,000. One count of burglary asserts he committed the crime at night, while the other says he did so while armed with a dangerous weapon, both of which are factors that can elevate a burglary charge from second-degree to first-degree.
