Tyndall man charged with stealing sex toys from house
TYNDALL—A Tyndall man has been arrested for allegedly stealing $500 worth of sex toys from a house over several years.
A man reported to the Bon Homme County Sheriff's Office on April 23 that items were missing from his house in Tyndall. When a deputy arrived, the man showed him footage from an in-home camera system that reportedly showed 25-year-old Brody Fuchs inside the house for about 40 seconds. The man said no one had given Fuchs permission to enter the house.
According to court documents, over multiple years, the man had noticed some of the sex toys missing, then had replaced them. The total value of all the items allegedly taken over the years amounted to about $500.
A search warrant executed on Fuchs' residence reportedly yielded some of the missing items.
Fuchs is charged with second-degree burglary, a Class 3 felony, and possession of stolen property, a Class 2 misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 4.
