Sioux Falls man arrested after Sunday stabbing
SIOUX FALLS—Sioux Falls police arrested a man on Sunday in connection with a man who died after receiving multiple stab wounds.
Christopher Adams, 40, of Sioux Falls, was taken into custody and is currently being held in the Minnehaha County Jail on charges of second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter.
Shortly before 8 a.m., the Sioux Falls Police Department responded to a residence in the area of West Ninth Street and North Evergreen Drive, where they reportedly found the 38-year-old victim. Lifesaving efforts were unsuccessful.
Sioux Falls police believe Adams and the victim, whose name has not been released, knew each other. They are not looking for additional suspects in the case.
