SIOUX FALLS -- Police have arrested a Sioux Falls man suspected to be involved in a Wednesday stabbing that left one man dead.

Christopher Wood, 25, is charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, attempted robbery and simple assault.

Police responded Wednesday to a Sioux Falls hospital when a 25-year-old Vermillion man died as a result of injuries sustained in the reported stabbing. An area near 18th Street and Sycamore Avenue in eastern Sioux Falls was determined to be the crime scene.

Wood was identified as a suspect and located, and he is currently at the Minnehaha County Jail.
