Public assistance wanted on rural burglary

Mitchell Area Crime Stoppers is seeking assistance regarding a rural Davison County burglary.

The burglary occurred on Dec. 12, and during the break-in, a safe was stolen from the residence. The safe contained personal documents, savings bonds and checks. Surveillance video was obtained from local banks of an individual that may be connected.

The Davison County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance identifying the male individual and vehicle in the photos. Please contact Crime Stoppers or the Davison County Sheriff's Office at 605-995-8630.
