SIOUX FALLS (AP) - A Sioux Falls couple has been arrested on possible child abuse and drug charges.
Police say a parole officer went to visit the man at the home Monday afternoon and found six children living in filthy conditions. The Associated Press reports authorities also found a small amount of methamphetamine in the basement.
The man and woman could face abuse or cruelty to a minor as well as drug possession charges.
