BURKE - Two Burke men are accused of having sexual contact with girls younger than 16 on various occasions spanning two months.

On Feb. 21, a man told police officers 51-year-old Thomas Eagle Star was inappropriately touching his girlfriend's 13-year-old daughter. When officers spoke to the alleged victim, she stated Eagle Star had, on multiple occasions, groped her, attempted to lay with her on a bed and told her not to wear tight clothes because "people will be staring," according to court documents.

During the same investigation, officers discovered 21-year-old Justin Fast Horse also allegedly had sexual contact with a girl younger than 16.

Fast Horse would wrestle with the girl, and would grope her, court documents state. The victim also said Fast Horse would lay on top of her and bite her arm, leg and shoulder, despite the victim asking him multiple times to stop.

Both Fast Horse and Eagle Star live at the same Burke address.
