Authorities are still investigating a body found dead Thursday morning at a business southwest of Mitchell.

More information about the death, which occurred at Custom Genetic Solutions, will be available when a medical examiner in Sioux Falls has completed an examination, according to Davison County Chief Deputy Steve Harr.

An obituary published by The Daily Republic indicates 20-year-old Molly Schladweiler, of Mitchell, died Wednesday as the result of "a work-related accident." Schladweiler had worked at Custom Genetic Solutions — which is a bull semen collection, processing and preservation facility — since she was 15, the obituary said.

Funeral services for Schladweiler are scheduled to take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, with visitation from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday and a prayer service at 6:30 p.m., all at First Reformed Church in Mitchell. Arrangements are being handled by Bittner Funeral Chapel.
