BELLE FOURCHE (AP) - The city of Belle Fourche is spending $41,000 in an ongoing effort to spruce up its downtown.
The Black Hills Pioneer reports that the money will allow the city to buy a building that previously served as an addiction services facility. Some have suggested turning the building into a business incubator.
The move is the second phase of a downtown development plan. The city has already dedicated more than $62,000 to tear down a building in order to make room for public parking.
