AVON - The Avon Fire Department responded to a trailer fire Monday morning at 40386 311 St. in rural Avon, but no one was injured.
The home, located about 10 miles south of Avon, sustained minimal damage as the fire was contained to one room in the back of the trailer, according to Kevin Tjeerdsma of the Avon Fire Department.
He said the fire was put out within an hour.
