SIOUX FALLS (AP) - The fire department in Sioux Falls says no one was injured in a Saturday blaze that began in a bathroom trash bin at an apartment complex.
Sioux Falls Fire Rescue officials say the fire in the trash bin caused the water pipe under the sink to melt and sprayed out the fire. They say the building does not have a sprinkler system and the damage was contained to one apartment.
The fire department is reminding residents to make sure that all materials are extinguished before throwing them away.
