An Advent Songfest will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 16, in the Sherman Center, Dakota Wesleyan University, Mitchell.
There will be a mass choir and performances by area musical ensembles.
A free will offering will be accepted and proceeds will benefit the Salvation Army and the Mitchell Area Safehouse.
The event is sponsored by the Mitchell Ministerial Association.
