A Montana woman was arrested for transporting cocaine and marijuana on Interstate 90 near Mitchell.

On Jan. 24, a South Dakota Highway Patrol trooper conducted a traffic stop on I-90. While the driver, Joy Vance, was looking for the vehicle's registration, he noticed a box containing a marijuana pipe.

While searching the vehicle, the officer found other drug paraphernalia, a plastic bag of cocaine and a "small amount" of marijuana, according to court documents.
