Plankinton man sentenced to 20 years in prison for attempted first-degree rape
PLANKINTON — An Aurora County man was sentenced to 20 years in prison Wednesday for attempted first-degree rape.
Thirty-five-year-old Robert Will, of Plankinton, was also sentenced to 10 years in prison for sexual contact with a minor under the age of 16, but he will serve the two sentences concurrently. Will pled guilty on Sept. 13.
The sentence was announced by state Attorney General Marty Jackley and Aurora County State's Attorney John Steele. The case was investigated by the Aurora County Sheriff's Office.
