STURGIS (AP) -- A Sturgis man and woman accused of illegally exporting ammunition have pleaded not guilty.
Jamison International co-owner Marc Jamison and financial officer Kathy Greenhaw are accused of exporting ammunition components to New Zealand and Canada last summer without federal approval. They each face eight counts that carry a maximum punishment upon conviction of 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
Court records show that Jamison and Greenhaw have been released from custody on personal recognizance bonds.
Jamison International moved from California to Sturgis in 2001. It closed last October.
