NOTICE OF EXECUTION SALE
WHEREAS, by the authority vested in me under the Federal Debt Collection Procedures Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 3001-3308, and pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued by the United States District Court in the above-captioned cause on the judgment entered against defendant-judgment debtor(s), Theodore John Nelson, Jr. and Steven A. Nelson, in the amount of $1,831,146.04, I levied on the property listed in the Notice of Levy posted March 19, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. CST.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the United States Marshal will sell to the highest bidder all of the rights, title and interest of defendant-judgment debtor in the subject property to satisfy the outstanding judgment as follows:

SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4), LESS LOT "A," OF SECTION THREE (3), TOWNSHIP ONE HUNDRED FIVE (105) NORTH, RANGE SIXTY-TWO (62), WEST 5 TH P.M., OF COTTONWOOD PROPERTIES FIRST ADDITION SUBDIVISION MAP, CONSISTING OF ONE HUNDRED FORTY--NINE (149) ACRES MORE OR LESS, ALL IN SANBORN COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA, as recorded in Book 48X, Page 4632.
SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4), IN SECTION THREE (3), TOWNSHIP ONE HUNDRED AND FIVE (105) NORTH, RANGE SIXTY-TWO (62), WEST 5 TH P.M., CONSISTING OF ONE HUNDRED SIXTY (160) ACRES, ALL IN SANBORN COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA, as recorded in Book 48X, Page 473.
the property will be sold on January 6, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. CST. at the front door of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket, South Dakota by public auction subject to the following terms: all bidders, cash or cashier's check, on day of sale. Personal or corporate check will be accepted with a letter of credit or guarantee (subject to verification) from bank upon which check is drawn.
