You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon the Attorney General, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is the Office of the Attorney General, 1302 East Highway 14, Suite 1, Pierre, South Dakota 57501-8501, a verified Answer to the Complaint, which is herewith served upon you (and will be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit at Mitchell, County of Davison, State of South Dakota), within thirty (30) days after the service of this Summons and Complaint upon you, exclusive to the date of service. If you fail to file an Answer within thirty days of the date of service upon you, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief as prayed for in the Complaint. The object of the above action is forfeiture of the above described property to the State of South Dakota.
