The Town of Ethan board met in special session via phone conference call on March 27, 2020, at 6:30 pm. Trustees on the call were Lisa Hjellum, Jason Koch, Nancy Schoenfelder, Megan Perry and Gregg Thibodeau. City personnel present: Betty Raymond and Dave Duba.
Chairman Hjellum called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
All motions were unanimously voted as aye by roll call vote unless stated otherwise.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Motion Thibodeau, second by Perry.

The Ethan Town Council met in a special session via a phone conference call for the purpose of discussing an action plan for the Covid-19 pandemic. No minutes were reviewed and no claims were approved.
Discussed a Resolution to address the safety concerns for the Town such as limiting the number of people in a business, closing the Community Center for rentals, closing the office to outside traffic. The Finance Officer is to make the suggested changes to the Resolution and distribute to the Council for review. Also discussed sending a letter to businesses and organizations with suggestions to help with the safety of their employees and the public.

Motion by Koch, second by Thibodeau, to adjourn at 7:35 pm.
