NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION Mount Vernon School District 17-3 A School District Election will be held on Tuesday, April 11 th , 2023, in all the voting precincts in School District No. 17-3, Mount Vernon, South Dakota. If the polls cannot be opened because of bad weather, the election may be postponed one week. The election polls will be open from seven a.m. to seven p.m. central time on the day of the election. The Mount Vernon School District 17-3 will be filling two school board positions, each position is a 3 year term.
