NOTICE OF SALE
The City Council having previously declared surplus certain City owned real property at 40580 250th Street, Mitchell, SD 57301 which is legally described as:
Kelley Tract 1, a subdivision of the SW ¼ of the SE ¼; and the West 208.75' of the South 208.75' of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼; all in Section 36 T 104 N, R 61 W of the 5th P.M., Davison County, South Dakota;
does hereby provide this Notice of Sale pursuant to SDCL Sections 6-13-4 and 6-13-5.2. The real property was duly appraised by the 3 person board appointed for that purpose and said appraisal is on file with the City of Mitchell Finance Office. Said real property has been listed for sale by a licensed real estate broker and interested parties may contact Stratton Havlik, Broker Associate, with EXIT Realty in Mitchell, South Dakota. Any sale of the property shall not occur earlier than 10 days following the first publication of this Notice of Sale.
