NOTICE OF MEETING OF CONSOLIDATED EQUALIZATION BOARD AS PER SDCL 10-11-66, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Davison County Board of Commissioners, the Mitchell City Council, the Mitchell School Board and Mitchell Township, sitting as a Consolidated Board of Equalization of Davison County, South Dakota will meet in the Commission Chambers, located at 1420 North Main Street, Mitchell, SD in said County on Tuesday, the 11th day of April, 2023, (being the second Tuesday in April) for the purpose of reviewing, correcting and equalizing the assessment of said County for the year 2023. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment are required to submit written notice to the County Auditor no later than April 4th, 2023.
