Notice of Intent to Continue Operation Notice is hereby given that the SAND/GRAVEL mining operation being conducted by: DAVISON COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT, 1224 W 5TH AVE. MITCHELL, SD 57301-1799 will continue its mining operation located at NEl/4 Section 33; T104N - R61 W, Davison County, SD. The general location of the mining operation is 403 Ave between 249th Stree and 250th Street. The operation originally advertised to be completed by 12/31/2023, will be extended to: 12/31/2032. Proposed future use of the affected land will remain as originally advertised.
