NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION PURSUANT TO SDCL 47-34A-808 The public is hereby notified that RicNic, L.L.C., a South Dakota limited liability company (the “Company”), has ceased business and operations and was voluntarily dissolved by action of its members as of December 31, 2022, and such dissolution was certified by the Secretary of State with a Certificate of Termination effective March 23, 2023.
